Terms of Service

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use quiklink and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use quiklink for anything unlawful, or to save, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or circumvent security or usage limits.
• Scrape, resell, or abuse the service or its API, or impersonate any person or entity.

Your content

You retain ownership of the links, notes, tags, and collections you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you — including rendering the public pages you choose to publish. You are responsible for the content you save and publish and represent that you have the rights to use it.

Publishing

Collections are private by default. When you publish a collection as public or unlisted, it becomes viewable by others; you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that content publicly. You can revert a collection to private at any time.

AI features

AI-generated summaries are produced automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided for convenience and should not be relied upon as authoritative.

Third-party content

Links you save point to third-party websites that we do not control and are not responsible for. Your use of those sites is subject to their own terms and policies.

Service availability & changes

quiklink is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be offered as a beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may stop using quiklink at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of quiklink after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
